Process System Operator - Powder

Join Lactalis at our Bonnievale Plant in the Powder department with the main responsibilities will be operating on specialized equipment.
In addition to this the successful candidate will also be responsible to disassembling and assembling powder plants for CIP process.
Responsible for the separation of milk and whey and monitor separation process.   Successful candidate must have complete basic dairy course.
Sound knowledge and understanding of separation and cream handling.  Must know the basic principle of CIP and sterilization.
Be fluent in English and be computer literate.
