Responsibilities:Responsible for the formulation, promotion, and implementation of the quality management plan of Molecular company, tracking, ensuring the smooth development and closure of each content of the quality plan, and improving the overall quality management level of Molecular company.Manage and evaluate all quality problems in the company; analyze, summarize, track, and solve quality data through the electronic system; promote the solution and improvement of related quality problems and summarize the best case output.Oversee the internal and external quality control scheme of the entire operation management process, including process inspection control standards, process quality control management, process optimization, and quality analysis tools and methods; improve processes and enhance product stability and reliability.Promote the maintenance and management of internal and external relations of the company; identify customer needs and supply chain risks; organize and coordinate resources to formulate control plan requirements and promote solutions.Quickly dispose of and evaluate abnormal quality problems on internal and external sites, including clients and supply chains; eliminate potential quality risks and improve satisfaction; define HSE management requirements and conduct regular supervision and inspection.Promote the completion of internal and external quality performance targets and implement corresponding improvement schemes; use various tools and methods to reduce quality costs and improve performance.Manage and construct the quality team; improve the ability and awareness of the quality team; implement rapid treatment of abnormal quality problems and enhance quality performance.Cooperate with the technical center project team to set up a new product process quality system.Prepare and maintain various process inspection documents and visual sample libraries required in the laboratory of the production base; lead the implementation and tracking of post-batch routine tests and full-scale measurements.Lead the construction of the production base system and the planning, implementation, and optimization of each production operation process; improve the operation efficiency of YFPOS in the production base.Coordinate the planning of second-party and third-party audits of the production base; implement and organize rectification of non-conformities found in audits.Conduct internal process reviews and project process reviews of the production base after batch production; track and rectify involved problems.Participate in formulating annual and monthly business performance targets for the organization of production bases; conduct management reviews and systematically track performance issues.Apply and promote quality tools and methods in the production base; plan, organize, and implement quality activities.Establish a quality system that meets mandatory certification requirements; ensure its implementation and maintenance.
