Process Manager - Macadamia (Mpumalanga)

Requirements: Tertiary qualification in fresh food processing and food safety standards.
10+ years of experience in macadamia processing, food safety, and logistics at a managerial level.
Knowledge of automated systems (e.g., Nutlogger) is advantageous.
Proficiency in reconciliation, troubleshooting, report writing, and communication.
Physically fit to perform manual work, including walking, climbing stairs, and working at heights.
Willingness to work extended hours during the season, including alternating day/night shifts.
Hands-on presence in the factory during all working hours.
High attention to detail in quality, food safety, packaging, and processes.
Computer literacy, including basic Excel and IT systems.
