Our client is committed to delivering high-quality products and is seeking an experienced individual to lead process development and formulation activities.
Responsibilities Lead process development and optimization for new and existing products.
Formulate and test new products based on customer requirements and market trends.
Oversee scale-up and transfer of formulations to production.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for product development.
Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in formulation and process technology.
Provide technical support and training to production teams.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Prior experience (5+ years) in process development and formulation in the FMCG industry.
Strong knowledge of formulation techniques and process optimization.
Experience in product scale-up and transfer to production.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Experience with formulation software and tools is a plus.
