Manage a team of business process engineers responsible for the design and implementation of business processes within Ashburton.Responsible for operational excellence via efficient process design and implementation.Ensure continuous improvement in process, cost, and quality through implementation of continuous process improvement methodologies within Ashburton.Manage all business process engineering projects and stakeholder buy-in and acceptance.Provide input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.Lead a team of business process engineers on process redesign, reconstruction, and monitoring to ensure they are effective.Responsible for evaluating, designing, executing, measuring, and monitoring business processes and ensuring controls are in place.Ensure that business process outcomes are in harmony with the organization's strategic goals.Work collaboratively across all departments of the organization to help improve the management of business processes.Focus on the end-to-end process (value chain) from beginning to end, introducing innovation into the process that can impact results, enhance profitability and assist the organization to meet its business objectives and goals.Oversee the development of process/solution training manuals.Oversee the training of business users on new solutions/processes being implemented.Education and Experience Education: BEng Degree (preferably Industrial)Experience: 5 Years in Process engineering roleYou will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborate.A challenging working environment.Opportunities to innovate.We can be a match if you are: Adaptable and curious.Analytical with complex data sets.Solution driven.Thrive in a collaborative environment.Additional Requirements: In accordance with National Credit Act (NCA), candidates applying for this role will require a credit record check.
