Execute duties in accordance with the plant Safety, Health, Environmental, Risk & Quality Management Scheme (SHERQ)
Report to the Senior Process Engineer on a daily basis regarding Quality Control and Process issues
Develop High Standard Visual Critical Control Process Boards that are easy for all to understand using Statistical Process Control or other suitable tools, with particular emphasis on Step Zero specification and conformity to achieve CpK target of > 1.33.
Define all critical process control points and analyze any issues outside the process down to the root cause, with effective corrective and preventative measures instituted.
Manage projects to support process optimization and new product developments.
Ensure all product specifications are up to date with the latest process improvements and that Workshop Quality boards are audited for compliance.

Este trabalho é para você? You will need a minimum of a Bachelor of Science/Engineering in Chemical Engineering with Honours from a suitably accredited university. After your graduate experience, you need to have a minimum of 3 to 5 years working experience within a 24-hour manufacturing environment in Process Improvement/Optimization or Quality. Knowledge of Lean methodology is an added advantage. Working in a fast-paced environment is crucial for this role.
