Job Objective:The incumbent will be responsible for all process and technical related work in the water meter production process, providing production training and guidance to operators. They will propose equipment and tooling requirements, list equipment and tooling usage issues, and oversee the acceptance of equipment and tooling. The successful candidate will also be responsible for writing new product process information (SOP, installation instructions, etc.), defining and maintaining the production operating environment, recording new product issues, solving production site problems, and assisting in production site and equipment planning.Key Responsibilities:Writing process information: Write SOPs, installation instructions, etc., and manage upgrades and maintenance. Ensure the process is simple and reasonable for operators; maintain balanced working hours.New Product Introduction: Provide technical support during trial flows, record problems, propose tooling requirements, participate in reviews, and be responsible for tooling acceptance and maintenance. Complete product trial production, solve various problems in trial production, and hand over to production.Process guidance and training: Provide operation guidance and training to production line operators to ensure mastery of standard working methods. Check for improper operations in production and correct actions as necessary.Production line capacity: Calculate and verify production capacity and standard working hours. Maintain and update standard working hour accuracy.Exception handling: Solve production process anomalies, feedback, and follow-up on product and R&D issues. Ensure smooth production and control the rate of abnormal process downtime. Analyze production equipment failures and develop a maintenance system.Other duties: Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors. Implement 5S and other management work in the inspection area. Improve production efficiency, enhance quality stability, and reduce employee fatigue.Requirements:National Diploma in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer, or related fields.Must have 2 years of experience as a Process Engineer, with experience in water meter products, especially in ultrasonic large and small calibre production and manufacturing.Must have solid foundational knowledge of electromechanical systems, automation control concepts, and electrical knowledge.Skills Required:Proficient in new product introduction, production assembly, testing, packaging, and other processes.Proficient in using tools such as callipers, multi-meters, etc.Proficient in simple problem-solving.Proficient in using Office, AutoCAD, and SAP.Familiar with water meter inspection standards and national standards.Strong execution skills.Sense of responsibility.Good communication skills.Good coordination skills.Strong learning ability and hands-on ability.Professional, self-motivated, and target-driven.
