Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for a Process Engineer to take ownership of complex business processes related to Enterprise Architecture Frameworks for SA's largest banking environment.
Based in Johannesburg, this process engineer position is paying R1.2M/annum.

THE ROLE
As the Process Engineer, you will take full ownership of designing and implementing impactful process improvement initiatives that shape both strategy and execution. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the organization's data architecture, working closely with data architects to define data flows, manage data transformations, and establish interface requirements.
You will need expertise in big data concepts, and you'll collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for process optimization. Using advanced BPM tools, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and ARIS, you'll focus on data architecture and analytics to drive meaningful, organization-wide change.
THE REQUIREMENTS

At least 5 years experience as a Process Engineer working in an Agile environment.
Modelling – BPMN/EPC/UML.
Process Analysis & Design.
Business Architecture.
ARIS.
CBPP, Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt or Black Belt, and BPMN.
Added advantage – TOGAF, ARIS modeler training, FTI, Post grad diploma.
