To identify processes and identify improvement, digitization and automation opportunities across Real Estate Services, and to research, design and develop the end-to-end business processes using process modelling and methods for measurable and effective benefit in Real Estate Services South Africa.
Qualifications A Degree in either Business Commerce or Information Technology RequiredExperience: Extensive experience in Process development. Experience using and knowledge of Process Improvement Methodologies, Real Estate systems and objectively conceptualizing processes and the relevant training material with the ability to use modelling language. Understanding how to design a process, including desktop automation's, robotics etc.Experience with design and systems thinking techniques, as well as UX experience is preferred.Experience within Real Estate industry is preferred.Key Responsibilities: Identify system inefficiencies by analysing system processes, productivity, costing data and building business cases in order to enhance Real Estate operations and system performance.Facilitate process design workshops with participants from across the process value chain by documenting the to-be processes (for example Aris or MS Visio maps) to ensure integration of processes and systems avoiding duplication.Conduct research into current global best practices and solutions to current BU system and process issues, through the research identify and implement the relevant correction and or system alignments to ensure that the system processes run as efficiently as possible.Contribute to the development of business cases for process re-engineering that will require direct expense or formal projects to be launched by providing a view on the effort that will be required and the types of resources that will be needed to facilitate informed decision making.Engage with the Risk and Compliance teams on new processes and changes within these processes to ensure adequate control points and compliance in order to mitigate any potential risk to the Bank.Contribute to the development of training manuals, quick reference guides and other materials that explain the processes to employees by providing a documented process and or procedure to up skill the Real Estate Services team.Please note: All our recruitment processes comply with the applicable local laws and regulations.
