Direct message the job poster from Agility Talent (Pty) LtdIndividual Staffing/Recruitment ProfessionalThe Process Engineer (based in Kariega) will be pivotal in driving zero defect quality initiatives, continually optimizing operational efficiency of the process and equipment to meet plant productivity targets, and ensuring the teams are operating safely.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Maintain all associated PPAP documentation, inclusive of PFMEA, Flow Charts, Control Plans, Process Sheets, Operator Instructions etc.Specify/improve our manufacturing controls systems to deliver safe and efficient manufacturing systems.Modify SAP/Mapics process routing on new material/model releases.Continually improve right first-time/FTT metrics through data analysis and process improvements.Document changes made to processes with strict adherence to the change management control system.REQUIREMENTS:Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or N6.2-4 years' experience in a complex manufacturing environment.Gear manufacturing experience coupled with machining experience will be highly beneficial.To update and maintain all Control Plan and FMEA RPN reduction activities, as well as to coordinate and improve process capabilities throughout the plant.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and knowledge of GD&T.CORE COMPETENCIES:Strategy – Ability to think and act in a strategic way.Talent – Ability to build and develop talent.Approach – Ability to demonstrate an effective approach to engagement and problem solving.Results – Ability to achieve planned results.Please send suitable applications to ****** OR ****** levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionManagement and ManufacturingIndustriesHuman Resources Services
