Process Engineer

Overview
A great mining company in Johannesburg is seeking the expertise of a Process Engineer to join their team of professionals.
Responsibilities

Maximize throughputs across the Smelter Business Complex, in order to achieve its financial year targets
Assist Senior Process Engineer and Process Leader with improvements and recommendations to maximize plant utilization, with minimal metal losses
Technical investigation of the processes
Ensure that there is full compliance with the SHEQ
Issue certificates for the samples when they are of the specified standard

Requirements
Grade 12
Degree / Diploma in Chemical or Metallurgical Engineering
7 – 10 years' experience in a smelting environment
Minimum 2 years' at Middle Management level
