Job DescriptionWesBank Business Enablement is looking for a dynamic and highly driven Process Engineer to join their team. The successful applicant will be required to provide process design development and enhancements within the business to ensure resource and operational alignment with business strategy.
Are you someone who can: Deliver against operational and cost targets.Ensure full understanding of customer needs to deliver quality service.Deliver customer experience excellence aligned to Organizational values and service standards.Ensure compliance with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements in area of accountability.Research, enable and consult on improvements and opportunities to harness technology and platform enablement.Review existing processes and suggest innovative ideas to improve and streamline processes to drive efficiencies and minimize redundancy.Monitor customer feedback reports and align processes to maximize efficiencies.Partner and collaborate with team members to achieve team success.Investigate, analyze and develop opportunities into comprehensive business cases with a strong emphasis on efficiency gains, cost savings, improved quality and / or customer experience by developing presentations and present business cases to business stakeholders.Optimize processes to execute business case benefits by ensuring that process changes are measured so that unit cost calculations and turnaround times are accurate.You will be an ideal candidate if you have: Qualification must be a BEng or BSc Eng in any engineering field.4+ years in Process Engineering.Black Belt and Lean Six Sigma certification would be advantageous.Good technical exposure – working on IT related projects.The incumbent needs to be a seasoned Business Process Engineer with the ability to work independently and to manage resources.Ability to deal with complex business processes as well and manage and execute across multiple projects.Strong leadership skills and the ability to cultivate and manage working relationship across various stakeholders including senior management.You will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborateChallenging work environmentOpportunities to innovateWe can be a match if you are: Curious & courageous - you're driven by always wanting to know more and learn more and you're brave enough to.Obsessed with mastery - you know what it takes to become good at what you do and are constantly pushing yourself to do it.Adaptable, curious and willing to learn.Passionate in providing insights.Thrive in a collaborative environment.Are you interested to take the step?
