Process Engineer - Hybrid

Job Description: Defining project scope and selecting technology, including creating a Process Design Basis.
Developing Process and Utility Flow Diagrams, with associated mass and energy balance calculations.
Creating Process and Utility Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams and managing related design tasks.
Specifying process attributes for equipment, instruments, and valves, and preparing relevant datasheets.
Writing Process Descriptions and Control Philosophies.
Compiling essential lists (e.g., Line List, Equipment List, Instrument Schedule, Valve Schedules).
Collaborating with engineers from other disciplines to ensure designs meet process requirements and to find process solutions.
Skills & Experience: Minimum 8 10 years of experience Meticulous attention to detail Design and run Process projects in petrochemical/mining/water and wastewater treatment industries Proficient in MS Projects and MS Office Qualification: Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering/ BTech/ S4 PREng Advantageous Knowledge and application of OHSA Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
