Our client, an International Mining Company, is seeking an experienced Process Engineer with expertise in concentrator plants to join their dynamic team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in focusing on equipment selection, technical specifications, process flows, and control velocities.
Your hands-on experience with commissioning activities will be essential, as you will be deeply involved in the successful materialization of projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities Responsible for equipment selection, technical specifications, process flows, and control velocities.
Expected to have experience in commissioning activities alongside detailed involvement in project materialization.
Functions as a pivotal role in ensuring that the right processes are designed, and the appropriate equipment is procured to meet project specifications.
Requires individuals with extensive project field experience rather than production-related backgrounds, emphasizing a focus on project design and equipment performance.
Requirements: Degree in Extractive Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
5 years' experience in a similar position and work environment of which 2 years should have been on Senior Management level.
Minerals Processing background and knowledge.
Contractor Management experience will be advantageous.
Good data analytical skills & floatation experience.
Understanding of Process Plant Control Elements i.e.
Control & Operating philosophy, Control logics, Functional specifications, Control system architect.
Commissioning knowledge i.e.
Commissioning Management Plan, Commissioning Execution Plan, Commissioning Strategy Outline, Hazop (Pre-commissioning Hazop).
