Proficiency in Accpac and SAP is essential.Duties & ResponsibilitiesInvoice ProcessingReconcile and Prepare batch paymentAge AnalysisBank sub-ledgerEnsure all invoices are captured in Accpac and reflect in SAPEnsure that GRV totals correspond with the invoiceReconcile vendors on a monthly basis between systems to ensure stock balancesAssist with queries from the Treasury Team regarding Bank Sub LedgerCompletion of Credit ApplicationsAssist with preparation of year-end auditRequirementsAt least three years of experience in a similar role.Proficiency in Excel, Accpac, and SAP.Fluency in both English and Afrikaans preferred.The ability to focus on detail and manage efficiently under pressure.NOTE: We ONLY accept online applications.
