Process Controller

Opportunities have become available for Process Controllers at Vitro (Various departments) MINIMUM SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Senior Certificate or Equivalent and a N3 Diploma or higher will be advantageous.
Forklift licence will be beneficial.
Good communication skills (English) and have good interpersonal skills.
Ability to identify problems, challenges and very methodical in finding solutions.
Must take pride in his/her work area of responsibility.
A positive attitude, ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
Must be able to perform under pressure and work in a team.
Total commitment to product quality.
Willing to work shifts.

KEY PERFORMANCE

Responsible for process control, quality of the product and report on the outcome.
Daily plant inspections and good housekeeping.
Identify problems and take corrective action.
Maintain Health and Safety Standards.
Accurately follow process controls and correct deviations.
