12 Month Contract - Hybrid Opportunity in Cape Town area
A Leading Insurance Client requires a Process Architect to join their dynamic team on a contract basis
Responsibilities
Designing and improving business processes to enhance efficiency, productivity and qualityAssisting the team with drafting the Process Taxonomy and Governance FrameworkWork closely with various stakeholders, i.e. business leaders, department heads, and end-users, to understand their requirements and align process design with organisational goalsResponsible for documenting and standardising processes including creating process maps, flowcharts, SOPs etcIdentify opportunities for process optimisation, innovation, and automation to drive efficiency and effectivenessEnsure that processes meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements
Requirements
Matric / Grade 12Knowledge and experience in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean5 years experience in process design, improvement, or related roles within the Insurance, Financial or Retail environmentKnowledge and strong understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean or BPMNProficiency in process modelling tools, preferably BizagiCandidate to be based in Cape Town
