Process Analyst (Contract - 12 Months)
Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)
Minimum NQF 6; BCom Degree
2-3 years' business process management experience, with exposure to project management

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain professional working relationships with all stakeholders, displaying excellent abilities to initiate dialogue, listen, advise, influence, and negotiate to achieve win-win outcomes.
Initiate meetings with key stakeholders to track progress, manage expectations, and ensure stakeholders' requirements are delivered.
Preserve relationships despite airing conflicting views and seek mutual gains when addressing conflicts.
Anticipate consequences and adapt problem-solving based on continual feedback.
Act speedily to resolve problems, queries, and complaints.
Adapt communication styles to meet the needs of different audiences.
Prepare and submit required reports within stipulated time-frames and provide feedback to management as required.
Provide process updates as required by particular projects.
Liaise with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to sign-off forms and documents.
Ensure adherence to all relevant statutory requirements (e.g., Excon, FAIS, FICA, etc.).
Adhere to company procedures and audit requirements.
Document Risks and Controls in accordance with Company Standards and Framework.
Assess process adherence and enable business to function within an adherence level in conjunction with Risk, Audit, and business.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the business and its processes to proactively identify problems and solutions.
Analyse and interpret business needs and requirements to be able to translate these into understandable and effective business process documents, including process diagrams and task-level activities within specified time frames.
Ensure all process reference material is properly developed and maintained (e.g., on the intranet).
Understand all relevant forms and documents and make changes to ensure all versions are current and up-to-date, stored in a single repository.
Facilitate the prioritization of process enhancements and developments.
Facilitate sessions with customers to identify process improvements.
Ensure process innovation is implemented from idea generation through to execution.
Analyse processes and forms and document Level 4 and Task level to produce Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
