What you have done before: Baseline: • NQF Level 7 (Degree in BSc/Engineering/Information Systems, Computer Science or related)
• 5 years experience in Business Process Analysis & Project Management (working on complex projects in Financial Services/Retail/Manufacturing or FMCG environment)
• High level of competence in MS Office, MS Visio & ARIS
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
Advantageous: • Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt)
• Project Management Professional Certification or equivalent Project Management Certification
• Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment and navigate ambiguity.
