Responsibilities: Property24 support and Private Listing sign ups Private Listing Payments and Renewals Private Listing Moderation Private Listing Refunds Customer Support and CRMS Inbound and outbound calls Escalation and feature requests Reporting and adhoc administration Live Chat support Training Sessions Level and Skills Required: Grade 12 Minimum of 12 months administration experience Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook Customer Service experience Attention to detail Strong organisational skills Strong administrative skills A team player Approachable Attention to detail Condident and friendly Ability to work under pressure Good time management skills Methodical and clear-thinking Flexible with a positive attitude Fluency in English ad Afrikaans Self-managed, detail-oriented and customer focused Quick learner and confortable in a dynamic IT environment Our Employment equity goals will be taken into account in our selection process
