Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload of Private Client matters, including wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning.Provide high-quality legal advice to clients, ensuring their best interests are paramount.Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding of client needs.Offer tailored legal solutions to meet individual client requirements.Apply in-depth knowledge and expertise in Private Client law to deliver comprehensive services.Stay updated with legal developments and changes to provide accurate advice.Prepare and draft wills, trusts, and other relevant legal documents with precision.Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulatory requirements.Requirements: Possess a valid solicitor qualification with a minimum of 3 years PQE.Demonstrated expertise in handling a range of Private Client matters.Proven ability to engage and build strong relationships with clients.Ensure all work complies with legal standards and regulatory requirements.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment.This role embraces a hybrid working model, allowing you to work both remotely and from the Newton-le-Willows office.
