Printing & Design Manager

As the Printing and Design Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our printing and design operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, creativity, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the workflow between the design and printing stages, ensuring seamless integration and timely delivery.
- Maintain and troubleshoot printing equipment, coordinating repairs and upgrades as necessary.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, optimize resources, and reduce costs across both design and printing processes.
- Manage inventory of printing supplies and design software, ensuring all necessary materials are available to meet production demands.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
- Prepare and manage budgets, tracking expenses to stay within financial targets.
