The post is authorized to takeaction and enforce regulations when non conformity or breach of OSHACT and guidelines controllingthe facility and machinery or safe work practices is concerned.
The post is required to ensure that thetreatment plant is operating for such period as to keep up with the demand with respect to optimalchemical and electricity usage.ORGANISATIONAL: This includes authorisation of subordinate leave and timesheets (within theprescribed guidelines).
