This role requires expertise in administering Skype for Business user environments, managing communication systems, and troubleshooting complex communication issues. Your skills in external system publishing, threshold monitoring, and reporting will be crucial in maintaining an effective and efficient communication infrastructure. Duties and responsibilities: Administer and manage Skype for Business systems, including user administration and back-end configurations. Oversee communication systems across all modalities, ensuring smooth operation and integration.Troubleshoot and resolve system communication issues, both internally and externally.Manage the publication of communication systems to the internet, ensuring security and functionality.Monitor system thresholds and performance to proactively address potential issues.Extract and analyze reports on system performance and communication modalities.Requirements Qualifications: National Diploma/Degree or relevant technical certification, specifically MCSE Messaging.
