In this role, you will analyze business training needs, design and develop effective training materials, and deliver impactful training interventions to maximize knowledge transfer and support ongoing project and change management efforts.
Your expertise will be crucial in providing technical support, developing competency-based assessments, and staying current with advancements in IT and training methodologies.
Duties and responsibilities : Analyze business training needs to identify how training interventions can enhance both individual and organizational performance.
Design and develop training materials tailored to the productivity tools used within the business.
Create and implement competency-based assessments to evaluate participant skills and progress.
Facilitate training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer and address any training-related challenges.
Track and evaluate delegate feedback to continuously improve training programs and report on outcomes.
Provide technical support to users, addressing issues and queries related to IT systems and tools.
Support project and change management teams by training employees on new processes and systems.
Conduct research and engage in self-study to stay updated with the latest developments in information technology and training practices.
Requirements Qualifications : Relevant B-Degree in a related field.
8 years of experience in IT training or a similar role.
Proven ability to analyze training needs, design effective materials, and deliver impactful training sessions.
Experience in developing competency-based assessments and tracking training outcomes.
Strong technical support skills and familiarity with productivity tools.
