Training Needs Analysis: Analyze business training needs to identify how training interventions can enhance individual performance and add value to the business.
Training Design & Development: Design and develop training material related to productivity tools used within the business, ensuring it meets the needs of users.
Competency-Based Assessments: Create and implement competency-based assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and the knowledge gained by participants.
Training Facilitation: Facilitate training interventions for employees to ensure maximum knowledge transfer and effective use of IT tools and systems.
Feedback Evaluation: Track and evaluate delegate feedback to assess the quality and effectiveness of training programs.
Training Reports: Compile and present training reports, outlining the success of training interventions and identifying areas for improvement.
Technical Support: Provide technical support to all users, assisting them in troubleshooting issues and utilizing the IT systems effectively.
Support for Projects & Change Management: Collaborate with project and change management teams to train staff on new processes and systems, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational changes.
Continuous Learning & Research: Conduct research and engage in self-study to stay updated on new developments in Information Technology and training methodologies.
Requirements Experience: 8+ years in IT Training and Management

Core Competencies:

Business Analysis: Ability to assess and align business training needs with organizational goals to create impactful training programs.
Instructional Design: Proficiency in developing training material that enhances user competency with IT tools.
Facilitation Skills: Expertise in delivering engaging training sessions that promote maximum knowledge retention.
Technical Expertise: Strong technical background in supporting users with IT issues, including troubleshooting and productivity tool assistance.
Project Support: Experience in collaborating with project and change management teams to ensure training aligns with business transformation initiatives.
Data Analysis: Ability to track and analyze feedback and performance data to measure training effectiveness.
Research & Development: Continuous self-learning to keep up with advancements in IT and training methods.
Key Requirements:
Proven track record of delivering successful IT training programs in an enterprise environment.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, productivity tools, and training methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage users across the organization.
Ability to design and facilitate training sessions that are interactive, practical, and results oriented.
