Principal Engineer

Key Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of maintenance, including reaction, preventative, active, and planned maintenance.Manage asset life cycle to ensure optimal performance and longevity.Continuously improve service quality and maintenance strategies.Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team.Manage operations employees, budgets, and resources effectively.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.Candidate GCC Factories certification.Membership in an Engineering body (PrEng / PrTech).Minimum 10 years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role.Proven track record in leading and managing engineering teams.Grade 12 qualification.Code B Drivers License.Minimum 7 years experience in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.Minimum 5 years experience in Facilities management.Strong technical background with excellent management and leadership skills.
