This role would be suitable for someone looking to further their career in management consulting while doing meaningful work, managing client relationships, and selling solutions to our clients.
Business Development Supports and leads business development initiatives, Drives client relationship building.
Sales and Proposals Supports the sales process, solution framing and leads proposals, Builds client and industry knowledge.
Project Management and Delivery Project initiation and project implementation design, Project management – time, cost, quality and delivery, Demonstrates advanced consulting skills.
Personal Growth Proactive general people and talent management, Personal responsibility for individual development, Drives talent development (performance, coaching, interviews, recruitment or talent programs), Supports collaborative team initiatives, team contributor and supports others.
Internal Contribution Supports and leads internal business management initiatives, Proactive in developing capabilities and intellectual property.
Requirements · Minimum 5-10 years management consulting or professional services experience to deliver across a range of business, strategic, tactical, and transformational projects.
· Industry experience - Mining/Energy/Financial Services (preferred), Telecoms/FMCG (open to).
· Experience in three or more of the following: Leadership & Culture, Organisation Design, Change Management and Human Capital.
· Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
· Ability to engage and build impactful relationships.
· Have a strong human-centered approach and show soft skills.
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team.
