The ideal candidate will have a National Diploma or Degree, ITIL Foundation Certification, and ITIL Practitioner Level Certification, combined with at least 3 years of practical experience. Additionally, the candidate should possess 8 years of hands-on experience in IT Change Management, demonstrating proficiency in implementing ITIL processes and managing complex IT changes effectively. Duties and responsibilities Change Management: Oversee the entire change management process, ensuring that changes to IT systems are implemented efficiently with minimal disruption to business operations. ITIL Process Implementation: Apply ITIL best practices to manage and optimize change management processes, including change initiation, assessment, approval, implementation, and review. Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with various stakeholders, including IT teams, business units, and vendors, to ensure alignment and coordination of change activities. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of change management processes, including change requests, impact assessments, and implementation plans. Generate regular reports on change management metrics and performance.
