ResponsibilitiesLead Application Engineering team to deliver with Quality (Scope, Cost and Time).Plan and manage multiple product/engineering deliverables.Monitor Engineering Performance, KPI and Action Plans.Write & Review Procedures and Work instructions.Ensure TS/ISO requirements are met.Effectively communicate with direct and indirect management.Effectively communicate with customers.Ensure that customer objectives are met.Minimum RequirementsNational Diploma and B.
Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering (Essential).Project Management Diploma (Advantageous).3 to 5 Years Product Development experience in the automotive environment (Essential).Experience in a management/leadership role (Advantageous).2 Years' experience in the Automotive industry (Essential).1 Years' experience in a wiring harness environment (Desirable).Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
