Key Performance Areas:- Develop and implement the Annual Fraud Prevention and Anti-Corruption Strategy.- Participate in regular fraud risk assessments and manage the Fraud Risk Register.- Monitor and oversee compliance with policies on conflicts of interest, extraneous employment, gifts, donations, and sponsorships, amongst others.- Offer advisory services on ethical issues and manage the Organisations Fraud Hotline.- Provide fraud and ethics training and conduct awareness programs.- Embed a culture of good corporate governance.- Ethics, Fraud and Anti-Corruption Reporting.Key Requirements:- B-degree in Commerce / Law, Corporate Governance / Risk Management and Compliance or equivalent.- Minimum 5 years experience as an Ethics Officer or in a similar role.- Ethics Officer Certification Programme (EOCP) or equivalent.
