We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Principal to lead our team in Durban North, starting in January 2025.School has 350 learners but a capacity of 400Currently 20 teachers and 10 support staffKey Requirements:SACE-registered educator with at least five years of Principal-related experience in a CAPS curriculum school.Strong passion for education, sports, culture, and promoting a balanced learning environment for students.Availability to attend school functions as needed, with family support to accommodate these responsibilities.Bilingual in English and Afrikaans, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.A charismatic personality, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with learners, parents, and staff.Proven leadership ability to grow and develop the school to new heights.Preferred Qualifications:Honours degree in Education within the Foundation or Intermediate Phase.If you are ready to take on this exciting leadership role and contribute to the success of our school community, we invite you to apply.
