We are seeking a Press Shop Supervisor for a permanent role based in East London, Eastern Cape Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Grade 12 with a qualification in Production / supervision advantageous3-5 years production / technical experience in a manufacturing environment / production facility in a press shop departmentKnowledge of the IATF quality system related to a press shop departmentMS Office literacyAble to lead / mentor staff and have good oral / communication skillsThe successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Responsible for the Supervision of all Press Shop Department personnel. (Training, Disciplinary Enquiries etc.)Responsible for the standards of the Press Shop Department being met.Ensure all work is completed as require on the Production Plan & that sufficient stock levels are maintained.Follow Standard Company Work Instructions and Procedures.Adhere to all IATF Requirements.Continuously strive to bring about improvement within the Press Shop Department.The Supervisor must be actively involved in the department and be hands on in the processes of the departmentSalary: R20 000.00 – R24 000.00 per month CTC
