JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Promoting holiday reservations telephonically
Selling of the property in a professional but fun manner
Achieving of relevant targets
Meeting of guests and from time to time as means of promoting the property in an eloquent and professional manner
Requirements
Working knowledge of Opera/Opera Cloud
Knowledge of OTA's such as Booking.com, procedures and SOP's
The ability to achieve high volumes of outbound calls
A want for self-improvement
Self-motivated
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Eloquent mannerism
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
It is best for the candidate to be from Hazyview or surrounding area to commute to the resort daily, as this position does NOT offer accommodation.
