Job Summary: MaxiCash is seeking an experienced and dynamic Prepaid Card Manager to oversee the development, management, and optimization of our prepaid card products. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving product growth, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the payments industry.

Key Responsibilities: Product Management: Develop and manage the prepaid card product portfolio, including product design, pricing, and feature enhancements. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to develop and execute product strategies and promotional campaigns. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all prepaid card products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards. Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance. Liaise with legal and compliance teams to address any regulatory issues. Customer Experience: Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Work with the customer service team to resolve escalated customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience with prepaid card products. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the prepaid card products. Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management. Identify opportunities for growth and optimization based on data analysis. Vendor and Partner Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and partners involved in the prepaid card ecosystem. Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions. Coordinate with partners to implement new features and services. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of professionals responsible for the prepaid card product line. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members. Qualifications: Proven experience in product management, preferably in the payments or financial services industry. Strong knowledge of prepaid card products, regulations, and industry trends. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing teams. Desired Skills: Understanding of digital and mobile payment technologies. Experience with customer experience management and improvement strategies.
