Pre-Owned Sales Manager

Completed Sales, Business Management or Marketing Degree or Diploma essential Proven, successful track record and experience in managing a Sales team in the Material Handling/Forklift industry (minimum of 5 years' experience essential) Duties will include - Management of Pre-Owned Sales Team, which include performance appraisals, targets, payroll etc. Full responsibility and sound management of departmental budget - planning, preparation, submission and achievement thereof Build long term partnerships and relationships with key clients Prepare and present weekly,monthly and quarterly reports Drive customer service excellence Grow department in line with company requirements Develop and implement operational innovation
