You will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, maintaining digital documentation, and updating our CRM system.Key Responsibilities:Manage emails and internal communications.Coordinate client onboarding and policy changes.Arrange broker appointments and manage the business diary.Maintain digital folders and ensure accurate documentation.Update CRM with client interactions and relevant details.Attend pre-approved training sessions to stay current on best practices.Qualifications:Experience in practice management or administrative roles.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Excellent communication abilities.This is a part-time role paid per hour.
