The individual in this role is responsible for facilitating CFO Services Department processes and ensuring processes run smoothly.
The ideal candidate has an exceptional standard of communication and can keep communication flowing between other departments to ensure Client success.
Beyond that you will be ensuring that the CFO services department delivers consistently on its promises by holding the fort with the administration of the business processes. Reporting directly to the Head of CFO ServicesJob responsibilities will include, among other:Team Capacity and PlanningReview and align team capacity and POD planning on ZohoEnsure accuracy of Zoho projects with OPS teamAssist POD Leaders with projects and annual CFO retainer servicesConduct quarterly reviews of individual planning and investigate timesheet variancesPlan and schedule annual client success initiativesSupporting Head of CFO ServicesManage and execute 90-day projectsPrepare data and reports for weekly Level 10 and CFO leadership meetingsPractice AdministrationReview software subscriptions, client recharges, and billing accuracyAlign engagement letters with billing and oversee SARS e-filing notificationsArrange training and ensure complianceTeam and Client SuccessOrganize team events, onboarding/offboarding, and identify upsell opportunitiesManage client onboarding, rescoping needs, and database accuracy on Zoho CRMConduct weekly client calls and support leadership with admin tasksCompany Culture and TrainingFoster a positive company culture through events and teamworkPromote company values and support internal processesComplete training, certifications, and ensure team upskilling on tools and softwareThe ideal candidate for this position will be a Bcom graduate who completed CIMA, SAIPA or AGA.
