Key ResponsibilitiesStructural Engineering work Site inspections/ Design /Checking/Remedials +Mentorship to graduate engineersFacilitate CPD training courses.Travel to sites in Southern Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa, be fit to climb into roofs for assessments.
Relevant Qualification and Experience requiredPR Eng.
Structural Engineer3+ years in Structural design environment in Building industry.Roofing experience will be a plus or have been previously involved on projects where gang nail or ultra span trusses were utilized.Ability to work cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.Experienced in influencing and negotiating with diverse stakeholders at all levels in an organization to maximize business impact.Must reside in Western Cape or willing to relocate
