OverviewHire Resolve is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Civil Engineer to join our client's team in Pretoria. As a Pr Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing civil engineering projects, ensuring their successful completion within the designated time frames and budgets. You will work closely with a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the highest quality of work.Responsibilities:Manage and supervise civil engineering projects from concept to completionPrepare design specifications and construction plansStormwater managementSewerage and wastewater managementPerform engineering calculations and analysisEnsure compliance with relevant regulations and standardsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, contractors, and other consultantsSupervise and mentor junior engineers and techniciansConduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of workPrepare progress reports and documentationManage project budgets and schedulesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldRegistration as a Professional Engineer (Pr Eng)Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineeringStrong knowledge of civil engineering principles, design standards, and construction practicesExperience working on TownhousesProficient in relevant design software and technical toolsExcellent project management and leadership skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentBenefits:Negotiable
