Our graduate program offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working with a team of seasoned professionals.
You will have exposure to understanding the investments landscape whilst continuing with functional training in an incubated learning environment.
The first nine months you will be exposed to roles in the Retail Operations functional teams on a rotational basis and for the next nine months you will be given access to areas of specialisation as we continue to build your technical skills and knowledge as well as future fit behavioural attributes.
