MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION Responsible for serving customers and processing sales transactions, as well as certain stock related transactions.CORE ACTIVITIES WILL INCLUDE Counter Sales – Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.Warehouse – stock receiving – dispatching – picking off stock – stock takes.Colour Matching.Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.Health and Safety.Receiving, processing and organizing shipments and deliveries accordingly.Stock deliveries to customers.COMPETENCIES REQUIRED Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.Solid communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills.Product knowledge.Computer Literacy – Excel, Word and Outlook.QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Grade 12.Valid driver's license.Minimum of 2-3 years retail experience.PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
