The PPC specialist is responsible for digital marketing for Raizcorp and its associated brands. He or she drafts, creates, and manages digital campaigns for the various brands within the business. This includes planning, strategising, budgeting, monitoring, and actively adjusting digital campaigns and the overall optimisation of the user experience for all stakeholders within Raizcorp.

The PPC specialist key responsibilities include:
Creating, developing & implementing effective paid search strategiesExecuting & optimising many PPC campaigns simultaneouslySetting up and overseeing campaigns across a number of search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)Targeting selected audiences through researching keywordsManaging campaign budgets & adjusting bids to optimise the ROITracking daily, weekly & monthly KPI's to identify opportunities for improvementReporting KPI's to management on a regular basis through various dashboardsProducing engaging, clear & concise copy for campaignsEnsuring that campaigns are aligned across multiple channelsBuilding and strengthening key relationships across PPC ad platforms and various vendorsReducing the risk of click fraudStaying current with PPC & SEM trends and techniquesCreating an editorial calendar and syndication scheduleEditing, publishing, and sharing daily content on all social mediaBuilding and managing paid search campaignsOptimising company profiles within each platform to increase visibility of Raizcorp and its associated brands' social contentDefining key performance indicators and implementing measurement, analytics, and reporting methodsCreating social content and campaigns tied to integrated seasonal campaignsReviewing metrics from analytic dashboards and reporting on trends, traffic, conversations, and overall performanceRunning and daily monitoring of all Raizcorp owned and allied companies' social media and all Pay Per Click (PPC) adverts online to ensure they are running optimally to achieve business needsCollaborating with Marketing Manager, Communications Officer, and Graphic Designer to develop, edit, and optimise media on a weekly basisPreparing monthly campaign reportsMonitoring all social media platforms on a daily basis and removing offensive comments as per Raizcorp social media policyCreating all social media reports and meeting all social media goals for the yearResponding quickly to change up PPC ads if they aren't generating the required leads for the businessEnsuring that content plans don't include content pertaining to our competitors and their efforts in the marketTaking direction from department leadership, including documenting detailed requirements, and asking questions to clarify assignmentsAttending all marketing meetings on timeGenerating all required departmental reports, including:SMS short code reportsSocial media analyticsSocial media budgetsCommunity management on all social media platforms across all divisionsBeing available for expos and show stands on weekends, public holidays, and after hours as may be required from time to timeRequired Experience: Developing, executing, and optimising cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launchWorking cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organisationProviding ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholdersDefining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIsMedia buying for various ad platforms and overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid mediaOverseeing and managing overall paid media budgetConducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping, and audience targetingMaintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologiesReporting on a range of metricsWordPress knowledge will be an advantageSoftware Experience: Hootsuite / ZohoGoogle AnalyticsGoogle Ads (Search, Display, Responsive)Google Data StudioTag ManagerFacebook and Instagram Ads ManagerTwitter Ads ManagerLinkedIn Campaign managerYouTube campaign managerBehavioral Competencies: Strong planning, deadline, and task focusStrategic thinker with problem-solving skillsGood attention to detail and accuracyMultitasking and analytical skillsTeam workerAbility to build and maintain effective working relationshipsOut-of-the-box thinking and creativityAbility to work under pressureAbility to take constructive criticism and take corrective action to make improvementsEmotional maturity and ability to take ownership and accountabilityAble to travel nationallyRaizcorp Supplier Development may in its absolute discretion require the employee from time to time to perform duties which are incidental to the position into which the Employee is hereby appointed.
