Position: Post Sales Support Invoicing and Inventory Location: Centurion Salary: Basic R32,000 per month Benefits: Cell phone, 3G, and laptop provided 100% Medical Aid (Discovery) for the main member and 1 dependent Discretionary performance bonus based on Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Monitor and track stock levels for all scientific equipment, ensuring adequate availability for sales and distribution Regularly update inventory records in the system, maintaining real-time accuracy of stock movements (incoming and outgoing) Coordinate with warehouse and distribution teams for accurate stock counts, timely deliveries, and proper storage of equipment Stock Reconciliation: Perform periodic physical stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies between physical inventory and accounting system records Investigate and resolve stock variances, making necessary adjustments in the system Invoicing and Billing: Ensure invoices align with delivery documentation, such as delivery notes or proof of delivery, and internal systems System Integration: Accurately reflect all stock movements (sales, returns, adjustments, transfers) in the companys accounting management systems Work closely with the finance and accounting teams to ensure stock values in the accounting system match actual inventory in the warehouse Reporting: Prepare regular inventory and sales reports, including stock levels, stock turnover, and sales trends for management review Provide analysis on inventory usage rates to ensure proactive reordering and prevent stockouts or overstocking Order Fulfillment Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely order fulfillment, managing stock allocations to meet customer demands Requirements: Experience in inventory management, invoicing, or a related field Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Proficiency with inventory management systems and accounting software Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
