Position: Post Sales Support Invoicing and InventoryLocation: Centurion Salary: Basic R32,000 per monthBenefits:Cell phone, 3G, and laptop provided100% Medical Aid (Discovery) for the main member and 1 dependentDiscretionary performance bonus based onKey Responsibilities:Inventory Management:Monitor and track stock levels for all scientific equipment, ensuring adequate availability for sales and distributionRegularly update inventory records in the system, maintaining real-time accuracy of stock movements (incoming and outgoing)Coordinate with warehouse and distribution teams for accurate stock counts, timely deliveries, and proper storage of equipmentStock Reconciliation:Perform periodic physical stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies between physical inventory and accounting system recordsInvestigate and resolve stock variances, making necessary adjustments in the systemInvoicing and Billing:Ensure invoices align with delivery documentation, such as delivery notes or proof of delivery, and internal systemsSystem Integration:Accurately reflect all stock movements (sales, returns, adjustments, transfers) in the companys accounting management systemsWork closely with the finance and accounting teams to ensure stock values in the accounting system match actual inventory in the warehouseReporting:Prepare regular inventory and sales reports, including stock levels, stock turnover, and sales trends for management reviewProvide analysis on inventory usage rates to ensure proactive reordering and prevent stockouts or overstockingOrder Fulfillment Coordination:Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely order fulfillment, managing stock allocations to meet customer demandsRequirements:Experience in inventory management, invoicing, or a related fieldStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsProficiency with inventory management systems and accounting softwareExcellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
