Eligibility criteria and conditions are:Doctoral degree not older than 5 years in Political Science, International Relations, or any related discipline.Preference will be given to South African Citizens, women in particular, and holders of a South African Permanent Residence permit.The appointment is for a period of 12 months and may be renewed subject to the production of at least 2 Units in DHET-accredited journals.The annual stipend is R300,000 non-taxable and payable in four equalDemonstrable ability to contribute to building the research profile of the Areas of specialization:Identity, citizenship, and conflicts inNation-state building and regional integration inThe politics of indigenization in South African politics VALUE OF THE FELLOWSHIP: The value of the fellowship is R300 000 per annum, paid in four equal instalments.
