Handle inbound and outbound client calls, ensuring all queries are resolved promptly.Maintain and update client information on internal systems.Facilitate and process client documentation with precision.Assist walk-in clients by providing accurate information and guidance.Participate in outbound campaigns and roadshows to support client engagement.Ensure compliance with company policies and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles.Requirements
Grade 12 qualification.Fluency in English and Portuguese.
