Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop relationships with existing and new Financial Intermediaries.Achieve new business targets and provide advice to brokers.Contribute to the design and development of insurance products.Conduct competitor analysis and provide product comparisons.Skills/Competencies: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.Attention to detail with a customer service-oriented approach.Strong analytical, numeric, and product knowledge.Qualifications & Experience: 3+ years experience as a broker consultant or portfolio manager.10+ years of experience in the short-term insurance industry.NQF Level 4: Short-Term Commercial Lines (60 Credits).Registered Representative for Commercial/Personal Lines.RE 5 Examination Level 1 certification.Salary: RR600 000 Per AnnumJob Reference #: 1146859
