Working HoursMonday – Friday 08h30 – 17h00 / One weekend shift on a rotation basis will be required.Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of Properties in a specific area.Develop and grow a relationship on behalf of the Client with the owners of the actual properties.Ensure Property Host maintain key performance standards at all times.Onsite meetings with Property Host at the properties.Training and implementation of SOPs with Property Hosts Manager.Daily support and communication with Property Host & Property Owner.Arrange, coordinate and oversee home maintenance when required.Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with fellow regional team members and upper management team.Scrutinise Owner statements for approval before statements are sent to owners.Traveling between worksites is frequent and this person will need their own reliable transportation.Desired Experience & QualificationTechnical computer skills required on all forms of hardware - laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.Availability to work one weekend per month.Professional in all forms of communications such as email, phone calls, video calls, and texts.Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment.Excellent time management skills with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions.Highly responsive and reliable.Strong attention to detail.Adhere to all company policies and procedures.Own reliable car.Package & RemunerationR 24 000 p/month.Interested?Interested candidates who meet the specified criteria are invited to submit CVs, with a professional head and shoulder photo, along with a cover letter highlighting their relevant experience and qualifications to ****** shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further consideration.Thank you for considering this opportunity.
