Application Criteria
Bachelor's or Honours degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Finance or a related field
Inclination to complete the CIPM, FRM or CAIA charter
Experience Graduate position to 1-2 years relevant experience
Purpose of Job
Providing portfolio investment analysis and reporting services in relation to asset owners, asset managers and service providers.

Monthly/Daily Tasks
Work with the team to:
Agree and plan work deliverables and priorities
Deal with large quantities of portfolio and market data on a daily basis
Retrieve, validate, reconcile, analyse and prepare data for daily, monthly and quarterly deliverables
Interrogate and analyse data to produce client reports
Interpret and analyse report results as input to the advisory services to the client
Safeguard the integrity of sensitive client data
Manually recalculate and verify statistics
Check reports generated by fellow analysts
Provide ad hoc analyses and supporting output
Respond to report queries when required
Work with the team to improve work practices:
Suggesting and generating ideas for improvement of current or development of future technical solutions, tools and platforms
Identifying shortcomings in current work methods and processes
Contributing to the establishment of quality management processes
Manage their own performance and career by:
Developing career objectives and goals and pursuing them
Setting annual work goals and regularly meeting with their line manager to discuss their performance
Contributing to knowledge sharing and participation in special projects
Acting as a corporate citizen and participating in organisational discussions, events and innovation
